Sande Happy is a Senior Associate and a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial departments.

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate courts, with over six years of experience in legal practice.

He represents clients in commercial disputes before the Commercial Court of Uganda and is involved in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

He has represented clients in land disputes, employment disputes and domestic disputes. He has also handled labour disputes for financial institutions, local companies and international companies, as well as debt collection for financial institutions.

His corporate and transactional work includes company registration, trademarks, patents, legal due diligence, acquisitions and mergers.
