OCHORA EDWARD LABEJA

Ochora Edward Labeja is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and the Managing Partner at Moonstone Advocates.

He is a commercially minded dispute resolution lawyer with over a decade of progressive legal experience advising businesses, investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, families and public-sector entities.

His experience covers corporate and commercial law, energy, water and infrastructure law, real estate and property, employment and labour law, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, family law and succession matters.

Before founding Moonstone Advocates, he developed his legal career at Ochora Barristers & Co. Advocates, where he joined as an intern in 2014 and progressed to Senior Associate within the firm's Litigation Department.

His litigation experience includes contractual disputes, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, employment-related matters, commercial disputes, real estate and property disputes, and family and succession matters.
